Cancellations

We understand that circumstances can change. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 3 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within that window are subject to a $60 fee, as time and resources are reserved exclusively for your session.

Inclement Weather

Weather conditions are evaluated individually. In most cases, sessions proceed as planned unless there is heavy rainfall. Overcast skies often produce beautifully balanced light, and all exterior images receive blue-sky enhancement to ensure a bright, polished final presentation.

Payment

An invoice will be provided upon completion of the session. Payment is due when photos are recieved. For your convenience, we accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and PayPal.

Missed Shots or Angles

Each property is photographed with meticulous attention to detail and composition. If specific angles or features are desired, we recommend the agent or homeowner be present during the session to ensure all preferences are captured. We cannot guarantee adjustments after the shoot has concluded.

Photo Delivery

Your fully edited images are delivered within 24 hours, ensuring a prompt turnaround without compromising on quality or refinement.

Coverage Area

Our studio is based in Atlanta, serving a broad range of locations throughout the greater Atlanta area. A modest travel fee may apply for destinations located more than one hour from our base of operations.
